Part of resistance to meditation is not time. It is about being afraid to look at your thoughts and feel what those thoughts bring. Uncomfortable feelings are actually messages from your body that tell you something is off balance. In this short podcast I teach you how to listen to messages from your body and how to how to deal with thoughts of stress, anxiety and pain.
